Ticket(s) cannot be exchanged, cancelled or refunded after purchase unless the Event Partners terms and conditions allow for exchange, cancellation or refunds. This is normally in circumstances where the Event is cancelled or rescheduled or where there is a material change to the programme of the Event.
Refunds are available if you have purchased TicketPlan protection. The booking vendor will provide you with a refund for any unused booking due to any of the circumstances set out in the Terms & Conditions.
Refunds are automatically processed if the performance you have booked has been cancelled. You do not need to contact us. Once your refund has been processed an email confirmation will be sent to the lead booker. A second email will be sent once the refund is complete. This can take upto 7 to 14 business days.
Following the closure of West End venues due to COVID-19 a considerable number of London theatre performances have been suspended. Where performances are rescheduled (as opposed to cancelled) we may contact you to offer you the option of an exchange.
