Ticket(s) cannot be cancelled or refunded after purchase.
Tickets can only be exchanged unless the Event Partners terms and conditions allow for exchange. This is normally in circumstances where the Event is cancelled or rescheduled or where there is a material change to the programme of the Event.
Refunds are available if you have purchased TicketPlan protection. The booking vendor will provide you with a refund for any unused booking due to any of the circumstances set out in the Terms & Conditions.
Refunds are automatically processed if the performance you have booked has been cancelled and no exchange has been offered. Once your refund has been processed an email confirmation will be sent to the lead booker. A second email will be sent once the refund is complete. This can take up to 7 to 14 business days.
Please submit a request to request an exchange. Please note, as LOVEtheatre is a third party ticketing agency, all exchanges are subject to availability and at the discretion of the venue/producer, and therefore cannot be guaranteed.
