When you receive confirmation that your refund has been complete, it can take up between 7 to 14 business days for the funds to reach your account, depending on your payment/bank provider.
If you still haven't had your refund here's what you need to do:
- Make sure it's been 7 to 14 business days.
- Check your junk emails for an email from us.
- Check whether your payment card has expired or been deactivated.
- Contact your bank to check whether there is a pending transaction on your account.
If you have followed the checklist above and still haven't had your refund you can "Submit a request". Select "I would like help with an existing booking", enter your details and a member of the team will contact you.
