Refunds are automatically processed if the performance you have booked has been cancelled. You do not need to contact us.

What happens?

  • After the date of the performance you booked has passed, we will request the money back from the theatre.
  • Once payment is received we will process your refund. The lead booker will receive an email confirmation that the refund is now being processed. 
  • After the refund is complete a second email will be sent that it has been complete.

As we sell tickets on behalf of the venue and event organisers this can take upto 14 business days for the whole process to be carried out.  Please rest assure that we are working as quickly as we can and that you will be refunded. 

In the event of a refund, the amount refunded is the price paid for the tickets including any per ticket booking fees but excluding the transaction fee. This is in accordance with our Terms of Sale and the STAR Code of Practice.
