For most shows, you will receive your tickets attached to the confirmation email that is usually sent within 24 hours of your purchase.
On the confirmation email, there will be the option to download your eTickets by clicking the pink "Download Tickets" button under your booking details.
This will then open your eTickets with the unique barcode to be scanned for entry.
If you don't have your tickets within 48 hours of your purchase, please Contact Us.
Please note that if you have purchased tickets for one of the Nimax Theatres listed below, your eTickets will be issued in a separate email 48 hours prior to the show by the venue directly.

If you have not received your eTickets prior to the performance, please go to the venues box office with your booking reference, where their team will be able to help re-issue your tickets.
