An eTicket is an electronic ticket sent to you via email which you can open directly on your smart phone. It contains a unique ticket barcode which is scanned upon entering a venue.
How to use an eTicket?
- Open the email we sent you confirming the booking.
- There will be a pink button saying "Download Tickets" under your order details, click this to be taken to your eTicket voucher.
- Display the eTicket barcode to the event staff when you arrive at the theatre for this to be scanned.
If you have any issues with your eTicket, please head to the Box Office for the theatre you are attending on the day of the performance, and they will be able to assist you in person.
** Please note that for some venues, such as Nimax Theatre we do not issue the ticket voucher as shown above, but rather the eTicket is issued directly by the venue.
