As standard, tickets cannot be refunded due to the weather or weather warnings and this is outlined in our Terms & Conditions. However, if an event has been cancelled or rescheduled by the event organiser, we will contact you to either reschedule your booking to an alternative date or process a refund. 

If you are unable to make your booked event as a result of bad weather, we will do everything we can to help. Please see your options below:  

Exchanging to a different date

Wherever possible, we would be happy to look into an exchange to another date of the same show at the same venue. However, please note that as LOVEtheatre is a third-party ticketing agency, all exchanges as subject to availability and the venue’s own terms and conditions, which can be found on the venue’s website.

Gifting the tickets

If you are unable to attend any other performance of the show, or there are no alternative dates to move your tickets to, you are welcome to pass your tickets onto family members or friends to use in your place, unless otherwise stated at the point of purchase. 

There is nothing further for you to do, simply forward your eTickets to the recipient to use on the day.
