In the event of a cancellation, we at LOVEtheatre will contact you at the earliest opportunity to explain the next steps.
Where possible, we will endeavour to offer an exchange to one of the alternative performance dates of the same production so that you can still see the show you purchased.
In the event your booked performance has been cancelled and there are no alternative performances to reschedule your booking to, we will automatically process the refund and email you to confirm this - You do not need to contact us.
Refunds can take up to 14 working days to be received by your bank from the date this it has been issued.
In the event of a refund, the amount refunded is the price paid for the tickets including any per ticket booking fees but excluding the transaction fee and Ticket Refund Insurance. This is in accordance with our Terms of Sale and the STAR Code of Practice.
