If the funds are showing as a pending payment, the booking has most likely not been successful I'm afraid. 

Occasionally, if a customer experiences an error while booking online, it can appear that money has been taken with no tickets attached. This is known as ring fencing - somewhere during the booking process, security checks have failed and the money is rejected by LOVEtheatre. It is held in limbo until the bank can see that it is not attached to a transaction, which can take up to 5 days to process.
