No, that will not be a problem. The name of the attendee does not need to match the name printed on the ticket.
You can forward on your eTicket to someone else, for example you purchased tickets as a gift for someone, they will have no issues with getting in unless it has been mentioned explicitly for a specific event.
Please note - only the named booker can make amendments to the booking, including requesting the tickets are resent or exchanging to a different date/seats.
